Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I knowingly took some items on a dare over 20 yrs ago, got probation with withheld adjudication. Due to the after effects of encaceration while awaiting trial, I lost both my jobs and became homeless which led me into misdemeanor charges.

I got arrested a few times back then but I was still under the withheld adjudication upon completion of a 5 year probation. I completed and thought they would automatically throw it out. I didn't have any family to go to and I didn't run into any good people who could help me. I was completely on my own, even though I went to jail on minor charges (what a woman goes through, when she's out in the streets with no help) while this was going on I was supposed to have that felony thrown out but I have lived my life basically with no where to go and no jobs on account of 2 felonies that i don't know how I got.

What can a person with limited funds do about this, I know this is kind of late but back then I had no idea what was going on, I've been living my life simply surviving but I am not a drug addict, an alcoholic or a bad person. I have lived my life trying to self-improve but it has been impossible to get anywhere being that I don't even get hired even for the simple jobs.

I am a very intelligent person who just have had a hardship life due to not having a family support system and I am not whining about it. I simply want to be able to turn my life around in a positive and prooductive manner. I would appreciate all the help you can give me and forgive me for the long strokes...God Bless You,

I could do a background check for you and see what options, if any, you may have. I am going to need your name, date of birth, and county where each of your offenses took place.
