This would be to difficult to do just by writing an email that you want to learn it. This is a lawyer's job which they were taught to do and have experience doing. If you need further assistance on creating a contract for something you need, then contact us.

That's a big question, especially since it involves at least one year of contracts and usually at least another semester of Uniform Commercial Code in law school just to answer that question.

The simple answer is that a contract is anything two people agree on. Most contracts have to be in writing and signed by the parties (or at least the one you want to enforce against). Some contracts require witnesses, like contracts for selling land. Some contracts, like contracts for securities, have even more requirements.
