Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

What does motion to comply with drawn without prejudice mean in a criminal case First the DA wanted motion to comply 3 times now its motion to comply withdrawn without predjudice because the judge said so what does it mean in a non capital murder trial is the attroney not doing her job not getting the stuff the DA wants what will happen next.

There is no way to properly answer your question. There are way too many variables. The defense attorney should have an answer to your question though.
