parole?
I am kind of stuck in a situation. My boyfriend was sentenced to 15 years in jail, and began his sentence on Dec 16, 2005. He is serving this time in Florida. He missed his option for an appeal, and I have heard that there in no parole in Florida. I have also heard that he will be eligible for parole after serving 3 full years of his sentence. I am willing to do whatever I need to, to get him out. ...I just know know what to do. Is there any hope of him serving less time?
