Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

What is the penalty in Florida for submitting a false written sttement to the police about being held up at gunpoint at an ATM machine? Is this a misdemeanor or felony?

What is the penalty for a career criminal not registering after moving from one county to another?

This individual has an extensive record; served two prison terms - 2 years and then 5 years as an adult and a lenghty juv. record, if that counts too.
