Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
A person has fraudulently taken money from me and now I believe he is intending to go back to his country. How can I stop him? I thought of an injunction but with that if he tries, is he flagged at the airport and stopped?

You need to report him to police and explain that he may leave. Once he's arrested and if he leaves he would then become a fugitive. Report the crime immediately.
