Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Photo/ Arrest Record on Google

If I key in my name on Google, My name is listed @ the Suwannee County Sheriff's Office. My picture and my entire record shows. I have keyed in several other inmates that I personally know, and their name does not come up. How can I have my picture and address removed so that just anyone can see me and know my address? Why is my name the only one that comes up that way? I am not a violent offender.

Re: Photo/ Arrest Record on Google

Only a computer expert can explain the complex algorithms behind the Google search engines. However, I can tell you that once your record is sealed or expunged, your booking photo and all information concerning your arrest will not be available to the public. I provide sealing and expungement services throughout Florida. I will be glad to let you know if you qualify to have your record sealed or expunged.
