My first suggestion is that you contact your attorney and keep them updated on your efforts. He or she should be able to give you guidance as to what you can do to protect yourself. What you've described is generally referred to as a substantial assitance agreement. This agreement is a sentencing mitigation agreement which states that your sentence will be reduced for the assistance provided as outlined in the agreement. However, these agreements are problematic because they not guarantee you the opportunity to satisfy the agreement.

If you're making yourself available for the type of assistance you've contracted to provide and are unable to perform because of issues beyond your control, I suggest you reach out to your case agent and your attorney to determine whether an extension of time can be sought for your sentencing, so that you may be able to perform as intended under the agreement.

Good luck.
