Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I have been on probation from another county for 3 months, also I am out on bond in my county I live.I have violated the probation. What will happen? The charge was pled guil.ty to one count of drug paraphenalia(put on one year probation). My county I live in, I go to court in 1 mnth-they are willing to give me 3 yrs probation.I dont want them to know about my vop in another county because Im scared they will revoke my bond.I have never even been on probation and now am faced with this legal mess.Do I try to work out the vop before I go to court on my countys charges or should I wait to go to court in my town, then deal with the out of county warrant?PLEASE HELP--I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO FIRST!

The county you are on probation with will issue a warrant or possibly a notice to appear. Each county is different as are the judges. Talk to your PO and find out what they are requesting and what the judge will do. If a warrant is issued there is a possibility the judge will allow you to bond out. This depends again on the judge.

Will your bond be revoked in the other county? It shouldn't be because you did not commit a new law violation from what you posted. If you miss court because you are picked up on the warrant there is a possibility a warrant will be issued because they will say you failed to appear. You need to communicate to your attorney on the pending charge so they know your issue.

Big picture, I recommend contacting a local attorney in the area the VOP is pending and address this as soon as possible. If a warrant is issued it can be days or weeks before the judge signs it. There are too many possible outcomes here to address and a local attorney with knowledge of your county can guide you and help you make the decisions.
