Possible punishments

What could be the possible punishment for 2 Charges of buglary and 3 charges of petty theft for a juvenile with no previous record and 4 co- defendants(one of which was an adult)

Juvenile sanctions are completely different then adult sentences. They range from communitu service hours and probation to levels of commitment 10 being a lock down facility. His or her sentence will depend on their prior record along with other factors. A presentce investigation maybe done were a multitude of things are look at in determining an appropriate sentence. Juveniles are treated very differently. It could be probation or lock down in a juvenile facility. Sometimes juveniles are even charged and sentenced as adults. My practice is almost all criminal adult and juvenile. Pls call, even tonight,if I can help.
