Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Question

I have a friend who turned in a prescription that was not ligitament and the Pharmacy called the Doctors office and my friend has been a patient with this doctor for a long time. Anyway the Doctor said he did not prescribe this medication and there is some type of mix up. My friend left the pharmacy stating that shw was on her way back to her doctors office. She did not go to the doctors and told the pharmacist she would be back. She is scared and does not know what to do. Will they issue a warrant or something?

The pharmacy may call the police and report the matter. It will then be up to the police to determine whether or not to file charges. Your friend would be well advised to consult an attorney who can be ready to defend her if she is picked up on a warrant for her arrest.
