Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I received a death threat online from my daughters boyfriend that he was going to burn my house down with me in it and swore to GOD he would.
What is the legal protocol with online threats?
* I am disabled and unable to afford an attorniey as I only receive
a small pension each month. This should be an Urgent message.

Contact the police immediately. Get an injunction against him. Both of things don't cost anything.
