Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I've recently had my record expunged-so i thought! my charges continuosly shows up on backround checks...what can be done?? i am currently in the process of pre-employment procedures for a major hauling co.. the company that the major hauling co. hired to do there background checks had sent me a letter enumerating my charges which was already sent to the employer. i then called the hired co. and faxed them a copy of expunged records. they in turn said they will do everything in there power to rectifty the situation. so not only do i think the job offer will be retracted but, i also think this dilemma will arise frequently what am i to do to reverse these effects?

This is a problem in the information age, because while the state has a duty to seal or expunge a record, private companies have no duty and they collect people's records for companies to do background checks. The only thing you can do is to contact each company and let them know your record has been sealed.
