Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Shoplifting
Good afternoon,
I am seeking legal advice on behalf of someone I know. This person shoplifted some items from a Macy's department store. The person was arrested, but was able to bond out of jail and is now awaiting a court date. If you can offer any advice on what she should do next I would greatly appreciate it. Also, I forgot to mention, this is her 1st offense, she's never gotten in trouble with the law before. Again any advice would be appreciated.
