my son is innocent
my son is in jail, his sons mother set him up . she paid someone to leave a gun in his car. th guy she paid died of a heart attack and my son hasnt been sentenced yet, is there anything we can do? she admitted she set him up.

Get a good criminal lawyer immediately. I'm not sure you've told us enough of the facts of the case for us to give you any better advice, but then again, I'm not sure there is any better advice.
