stolen truck
My hubbys truck was stolen and wrecked on11/04/08 by some kids, it was a total loss.they also came back for my car,cause we had a spare in his truck but didnt get it because we took fuse out.Now it is nearly impossible to get loan for new truck with th ecomony and all plus he had a 9mm that was not found,is there anyway to get paid back what we lost other than insurance check to leinholder.he needs a truck for work,What can we do? can we sue the parents or what HELP

Make sure you read ins. Policy carefully to maximize your recovery on the property loss claim.
Also I would call your local State Attorney's office to see if you would be eligible for money from the State Victim Compensation Fund. You might do a search and contact their office directly.
