someone taping my daughter
my daughters best friend found cameras placed in her room by her step father, the police took the cameras and he promised not to do it again but the friend says it's the second time. What rights do my daughter and I have?

It appears that you should IMMEDIATELY report this to DCF if the police haven't already. It's probably appropriate to file an emergency motion for temporary custody, and maybe seek a permanent change of custody.
