Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
i got into some trouble during spring break in FL PC (bay county). they are allowing me to do a program so i wouldn't have to go to court...
so i'm back in MD and i notice that they spelled my last name wrong. DO i have to contact them and correct this or is this their problem.

You need to be proactive and correct them. If you don't, then they may kick you out of the program and require you to come back to court saying that since you were aware of the mixup, then you should have been responsible enough to correct it.
