Will Florida (Duval County) extradite me from New Jersey for a 3rd degree felony (forgery)

Any state can extradite for any crime. Will they is another matter. I've seen people charged with misdemeanors get extradited while those with serious felonies occassionally do not. It depends on the discretion of the prosecutor.
