what the worse that could happen, and the best that can happen

a warent was served at my home. thye found 47 marijuana seedlings, and under 20grams of pot. being charged with. (selling, manufacturing,cultivating of marijuana. and possesion of under 20grams of pot. i had a felony drug convition back in the 1980s.

A good attorney should be able to get you off with probation. As for the maximum you are looking at, theoretically it is up to five years, although this is unlikely.
