Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

offer and acceptance

I was interested in purchasing real estate, there was an offer and acceptance for the full asking price of the property. The seller had some questions about the contract and advised me that he wanted them clarified prior to returning it to me. He specified that it was a case where he had other offers, he just had some questions. The seller did not return the contract to me after a one week period and did not return my phone calls. When I finally was able to make contact with him, he advised me that the home was no longer for sale, that he would not be moving afterall. The home was never removed from the market and he is now in the process of selling the same home to a third party for what I believe is the same price. Is this actionable? Is this considered discrimination?

Re: offer and acceptance

The only way you're really going to find out what happened is to sue him and open up the sale. Get a lawyer now and find out.
