Can I be sued

I recently had a discrimination claim lodged against me at my business. Now I am facing the possibilty of losing my job, I am a manager. But my question is, can the person who lodges the complaint turn around and sue me personally?

Under the statutes there is language allowing for "personal" liability. It is advisable you seek legal counsel for representation during the investigation and any possible civil litigation.
