Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Florida

Wrongful Termination-Reverse Discrimination-Age discrimination

I am involved in a wrongful termination, reverse discrimination, and age descrimination. Will be in mediation at the end of the October. How should I figure the settlement agreement, etc retirment, lost wages, medical, pain and suffering? I am asking for percentages for the figures and what should or could be factored in the settlement? I am currently represented by an attorney. I just want a ''heads-up'' of the terms of the settlement.

Thank you

Re: Wrongful Termination-Reverse Discrimination-Age discrimination

You are asking a very tough question with few facts. I will point out that if you have an age claim under the ADEA you have no claim for paid and suffering, but I do not even know how your claim is pled. One huge factor to consider is your chance of prevailing at trial and unless you get a second opinion from an attorney willing to review the entire case file, your own attorney should be the best source of that information.
