DUI Expungment in FL
Can you get a DUI expunged off your record if you pled guilty to the charge. The charge was almost five years ago and there has been no incidents since.

NO. Since DUI is an "enhancable offense" it cannot be sealed or expunged in the State of Florida.

No. Unfortunately, only in instances where adjudication is withheld can a case be sealed. By statute, a DUI must be adjudicated, and therefore it cannot be sealed. Sorry.
