Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
In May 2015,I went through a divorce. The Judge awarded a home to my prior wife. The home was purchased with money that I inherited from the passing of my mother.I have researched online about if it was lawful for this to be awarded to my ex wife.

Not enough info. However, if you co-mingled the funds in any way (ie deposited in a joint account) or this was a lengthy marriage wherein you owned the home, she is entitled to an equitable portion.
