My 16 year old brother is going to come live with me for his senior year of high school. I'm not sure what custody and/or guardianship paperwork is required? I live 3 hours away from my parents in the same state. He has medical insurance through the state as he was adopted from the state system here Florida.

The school will require Temporary Guardianship and/or Temporary Custody for the school year.
