abuse allegation

My ex-boyfriend and I broke up,he has been doing a lot things to hurt me, now he has made allegation that I abuse my children,told dcf that he is concerned with the welfare of the children.What should I do?

Assuming it is not true then you have nothing to fear. DCFS investigator will show up at your door and do an investigation and hopefully walk away having made an "unfounded" determination to show that you do not abuse or neglect your children.

It is possible that they will file a false report against him and see if the State Attorney will prosecute. Probably not?
