Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello. Need advice . I moved further away (50miles) from my daughter’s father for the school , now found a new job (45 miles each way from the school ) and commute each day dropping her off in the morning at pre- care and racing against the clock to get her before aftercare closes at 6. Now her father supposed to pick her up on the days of his visitations and bring her back( every other weekend) also every Wednesday for a few hours after school . So now he is complaining how is it too far for him and trying to make me to meet him half way. I don’t think it’s fair considering my insane commute and is he doesn’t see her on Wednesday’s o offers to make time on holidays or some other days . He doesn’t want to listen to anything and keep saying that I have to drive her to the middle point on the days of his visitations and just bullying me in that regard to the degree where he is just driving to that imaginary place and sit there waiting on me to bring my child to him . What should I do ??

first you need to correct your situation with the court. File an emergency Petition for relocation based on job and request long distance visitation. You may actually lose some visitation if you don't get this straightened out because he could file contempt of court and have her brought back to the county and gain custody. Get an attorney ASAP .
