Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Advise

On Nov 30 2006 I divorced my husband in Liberty County, Ga. The judge ordered him to pay my medical bills in 30 days. He has not attempted to pay. What options do I have besides filing for a contempt. I live in Jacksonville, Fl and he lives in Garden City, Ga.

You need the assistance of an attorney who is licensed to practice in Georgia, but generally your option is to file an action for contempt.
