Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Appealing a restraining order

In my case, I have a husband who alleged certain things that were based on situations but he bent the facts. He created the caios and played the victim. When I informed him I would be filing for the divorce and filing a restraining order, he beat me to the punch. I have police records, previous testimony, EMS reports showing they were going to Baker act him. 911 call from his father in regards to the fact my husband told his dad he would shoot me with my own firearm... ect. Now when I go to present to the Judge the facts, he ruled that because Ray and I both testify that we were in the same area at the same time to support Ray's testimony.. not that I was guilty of causing him bodily harm, that I have a 6 month Restraining order on me now. And if I felt threatened I should file one as well. Now that I have been going to school to be a PI. As well as work in the field, he did these things to interfere with my future. I have taken every opportunity to be the the level headed one since he has a child custody case ongoing with his Ex wife that I spent 3 years working on for him. Why on earth would a Judge be so dismissive and over look the facts that he was doing this for spiteful reasons? And how do I appeal with the Facts?
