if my ex was awarded our home in the divorce, and years later the home was foreclosed, he never refi'd me off and now the bank is sending me threatening letters. can the bank legally come after me even though i have an executed divorce decree stating it was my ex husbands sole responsibility?

Yes. The divorce decree had no bearing on the lender.
