Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My babies father is threatening to take Me to court for months upon months now. Just because he's not getting his "way" but he left me 2 months into my prgnancy got married behind my back and treats me like garbage every chance he thinks he has. My question is seeing our child is a mistake to him (that he stated) and nothing to him but still wants to take me to court what will he succeed on. Plus his new wife I guess has a daughter already that they are both concerned with hurting my daughter and they plan to put them in the same room. (Newborn and 4 year old)

First of all he has no visitation rights. You on the other hand can go to the Dept of Revenue and file an action for child support (which stilll gives him no visitation) and he should be paying for this child. He would have to file a paternity action to show the child is not his if he decides not to pay support and then if and only if he really wants visitation - then he will have to file for this. In the meantime you get support and he gets nothing. Stand up girl - this dude is a loser - be glad he found someone else. also in the rare event that he gets any visitation - you can adjust that to supervised only.
