my brother received an order for child support from his estranged wife for child support but my brother took her and his 2 kids in because she has no where to go. she does not work, will not get a job and she makes him feel sorry for her. he already supports all of them! she is just looking for money. how do we stop this? can we do it ourselves? we are in Florida.

Did he oppose the court application? Was there a hearing? Unless he knows the legal issues & procedures involved he should not represent himself.
