Child custody

I need to know what form i would need to file for custody of my nephew here in the state of florida i was told it was 751 but cant find it

There is no standard form for a 751 action. A 751 action is a fairly complex lawsuit that you really don't want to file without a lawyer. 751 is often used to take custody of relatives' children, though its real purpose is to get what most states would call "temporary guardianship of a minor."

If you really, really want to go it on your own, go to a law library in a big city or at a law school and look for a five-volume set of books by Brenda Abrams that will give you information on how to do it. Even still, I can't stress how important it is to use a lawyer for a lawsuit this complex.
