Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My child father cant be put on childsupport because sum how his family member signed him up to recieve ssi. and nothings wrong with him he gets money,cars, all that. since he cant be put on childsupport is there something i can do??? to get some kind of cut from the check he get because im supporting our daughter all by myself.

The fact that someone is on SSDI does not mean they are not responsible for the support of their children. File a petition for child support.

I agree with my colleague, file a petition for child support and get a hearing date set. Serve him with the papers.
