I had a child in Florida when I was 14, I live in texas and have only seen my son once in the last 6 years. I now pay over $1000.00 a month for my son which his mother collects. My son lives with his Grandfather who has raised him, I have spoke to my son who is almost 12 and he wants to continue living with his grandfather so I dont want to seek custody as im fine with him residing with his grandfather, however Im not fine with paying money for my son to his mother who doent give him 1 cent of it.

You need to apply to the court for modification of the support order to find out what she is doing with the $. What about your visitation?
