To whom it may concern:
My step son resides in Puerto Rico but father in Florida. He is 18 years old but failed his senior year of high school. My question is does father still needs to pay child support?

If he will graduate before he turns 19 - then he will need to continue to pay child support. However, it will be up to the Court Order that you received.
