custody

my court paper work gives me joint legal custody (we both have residentual) if my 11 year old does not want to return to KS from FL do i have to send her and if i dont want can happen

Your 11-year-old does not get to make custody decisions. You need to follow your court paperwork. You may even be committing a crime if you don't. Seek the advice of a lawyer before you keep your child in Florida because you can only do this in very rare circumstances (such as where you suspect child abuse). Even then you have to seek a Florida judge's permission.

Review the Court papers regarding visitation. You can not simply keep your daughter in Florida without Court permission. This could amount to contempt of court and possibly parental kidnapping.
