Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Custody

My fiance` has 2 children, a boy and a girl. They reside with the father. My fiance` is paying almost her entire check to child support so we have to downsize our residence. Since the children do not primarily reside with us, do we need to provide separate bedrooms for the two children?

Re: Custody

Since we are only talking about visitis, which are temporary, all you must do is make them comfortable with the sleeping arrangements. Depending on their age that may not be an issue.

I don't know who did the guideline calculations on her child support, but "apyng almost her entire paycheck' doesn't seem right now does it?
