custody of granddaughter

I have legal custod of my graddaughter and need to give this custody to another daughter of mine. Can I do this legally or do I have to have her own mother do it?

How did you get legal custody? It would be the same arrangement for the aunt.

If the mother gave permission to you, she would probably give it to your other daughter, no?

If the case is in the courts, then a motion to modify placement should do the trick.
