my daughter is 18 and under my ex's health insurance. He has told me that his health insurance is dropping her. Can they do that?

Look at your divorce papers. They should address how long he is required to keep her on his insurance. While sometimes they require coverage thru college, most simply require coverage until age 18, or upon graduation from high school.

Support that is court ordered ends at 18, including insurance, unless there is a court order that says otherwise.
