Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My daughters father has a girlfriend who is in the process of breaking up with. The girlfriend is taking it hard and has started texting me trying to start stuff with me and calling me names. I am no longer comfortable with her being around my daughter. Her father has expressed concerns that she may harm him. The girlfriend believes she has rights to our daughter and will show up when our daughter is with her father during his visitation. She is also posting things on facebook about my daughter trying to make me mad. Is there anything I can do to keep this woman away from my daughter?

your child is a minor and she has no legal right to post her on facebook. Sue her. Secondly, file a petition for modification of visitation rights in that there is concern over the harm that may result to your daughter and your daughter's father. If she continues texting you and showing up for visitation this could be considered stalking. File a police report.
