I am in a dispute with the mother of my children. We were never married. She has abused my chidlren physically and mentally for many years. I have them for the summer and they are tormented and do not want to return to her in Georgia. They were born in Florida and she is an illegal immigrant. What are my rights as a father?

Have the Florida court determine custody.

Head to the Florida court and get the Florida court involved as Mr. Slater has stated. Also, contact DCF here in Florida and have them investigage the situation.
