divorce and custody

I have informed my husband on 1/1/07 that I wanted to get a divorce and at first we both wanted to work together so it would be easier on our 3 kids. however he has decided to not work w/ me and has decided to not sign the papers only because he doesn't feel he should pay me child support and is fighting for full custody now What does a judge look for in determining child custody. He also states be prepared to be imbarressed. What should I do? also he has moved on and has a girlfriend does that mean I can date as well.

You need to get a divorce attorney; he probably already has one.
