Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

divorce

The deed, morgtage and home equity line are all in my name. My husband and I agreed to build a house together. I sold my home and put 50,000 down on the home from my previous sale. We bought 2 boats, built a dock alll on the home equity line. My husband wants a divorce aftere two years. The morgtage has primarily been paid for out of employment and the home equity. My husband was not working for two months and is still living here but not paying rent. He refuses to leave and wants me to give him the two boats and the jet ski he paid for as a gift to me out of the home equity. I don't know if I should hire an attorney? He came into the relationship without any money. I sold three lots for approximately 90,000 that has been spent in the last two years.

Re: divorce

Retain counsel since equitable distribution of the assets must be litigated.
