Divorce

My estranged wife filed for divorce in Esambia Cty. Florida in 1997. The case was dismissed in 2001 due to inactivity; are we technically/legally married or is there an automatic divorce granted after a certain amount of years after dismissal? We have not lived together or spoken to one another since 1996.

if there was no final order of dissolution you are still married.
