Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My divorce was final in June. As part of the divorce, my ex-husband got the travel trailer we owned and agreed to pay the loan. He had 90 days after the divorce was final to refinance it and get my name off of it. He never made any payments (I made the payments for June - Oct) and he didn't refinance it. I lost my job in October and was no longer able to make the payments. My car was financed through the same credit union, and the credit union has now repossessed my car (due to some small print cross-collateralization language) because of the delinquent trailer payments. My ex will be getting his tax refund shortly - what do I need to do to get him to pay the delinquent loan so I can get my car back?
