can I divorce my husband while im pregnant?
Im 3mo pregnant and i found that my husband is having an affair. He has also been abusive with me. i kept a diary of everything that he has done and some how he found it and put it in the garbage. I asked him if he took it and he said he did and thats how I know it ended up in the trash. I want to get the divorce and move away. So can I divorce him and can I move away?
