He was ordered to turn over all bank records and still hasn't responed. what can be filed to show what he recieved? My lawyer filed some paperwork on behalf but can't my ex be forced to show his amount he recieved?state of florida is 50 -50.I did live in the house from the begginning of suit 03 till 06.what can i do?My ex hasn't sent any money to our 2 minor daughters for

any kind of support in the 28 months I have been gone.can I force him to send his money to daughters?my family has been helping me with thier support since i have been here.ant help would be gratefully excepted.

Re: divorce question

I'm assuming the divorce is in Florida, but that you now live in New York. From what I gather based on what you've written, you are entitled to half the equity in the house. It shouldn't matter that you left. You lawyer can probably submit the paperwork concernong the house to the judge. Your lawyer can probably have your husband's defenses stricken (meaning he can't deny what you claim he made) for not turning over bank records.

Your lawyer should be filing the proper paperwork to have your husband pay temporary and permanent child support.
