Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Divorce Suit

I have been served a suit seeking divorce. I live in Osceola county Florida. I have prepared the interrogitory response, but am not sure how to respond to the suit itself. Do I have to use a particular format? Can I just address each point in the suit that I contest or do I have to respond to each and every point in the suit?

Re: Divorce Suit

You should address all the allegations alleged in the petition, and raise any defenses you have. I strongly recommend that you retain an attorney to represent or help you.
